Places where we process personal data
The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations.
Personal data are stored on the servers of Google, Aruba, Mailchimp and Clickfunnels.
It is in any case understood that the Holder, should it become necessary, will be entitled to move the servers outside the EU as well. In such a case, the Data Controller hereby ensures that the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, subject to the stipulation of the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission.
Duration of personal data processing
We process personal data only as long as necessary and for the purpose for which it was originally collected, after which it will be deleted or archived, except to the extent that its processing continues to be necessary for us to comply with legal obligations to which we are subject or for any other lawful and legitimate purpose.
